Give each project a clear boundary
Create a project for a trailer, a character set or a game scene. Upload images, video and audio into that project. Generated image and audio assets belong in the asset workflow; draft and final video candidates stay in their task results until you explicitly choose Add to library. This keeps reusable references separate from every experiment, while keeping the underlying result available in its original task.
Name references for their role
Names such as Hero silhouette, Night valley and Camera move are easier to reference than download filenames. Filter by media type or search by name, preview an asset, then add it to the prompt. Use @ to select the exact asset instead of relying on a similar-looking name.
Keep a useful source and its derivatives
A depth conversion creates another asset rather than replacing the source. Generated images, audio and videos can become references for another task. Assets stay private and previews use expiring links. Input images are checked for sensitive content; generation models may apply additional rules to references and outputs.
