Information we process
We receive your verified Google account identifier, email, display name and profile image. We store project data, uploaded files, prompts, generation parameters, task records, credit transactions and payment references. Waffo handles payment details; Kivo does not store full card numbers.
Why and with whom
We use account and project data to provide login, generation, storage, credit settlement and support. Selected model providers receive relevant prompts and temporary reference links. AWS hosts the service and checks input images; TypeSafe checks prompts. Kivo does not run face detection or review uploaded video frames. Google and Waffo process login and payment data under their own policies, which may involve international transfers. We do not sell personal data.
Retention, security and your requests
Project assets are private and served through expiring links. We retain active project data to provide the service; transaction and security records may be retained where required by law. You can delete unreferenced assets and contact us to request access, correction, export or account deletion. Historical references, backups and legal obligations may delay full erasure; we explain applicable limits when responding. Email the contact address below. The service is for adults aged 18 or over.
Optional measurement
When configured and you allow analytics, Google Analytics receives page visits and events such as login, generation submission and package selection. Purchase events use server-confirmed orders, currency, product value and an order identifier. Advertising measurement is a separate choice. We do not send prompts, uploaded files, reference links or account emails in these events. Change your choice from Privacy choices in the footer or wallet; declining does not block essential features.
