Acceptable use and content standards
The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms and applies to every upload, prompt and generated output. It expressly prohibits pornography/NSFW sexual content, violence/gore, hate speech, child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child-unsafe content, harmful deepfakes/impersonation, and copyright/trademark infringement. Read the linked policy for the detailed categories, reporting address and deadlines, review process, enforcement actions and appeals. A successful automated check does not waive these rules.
Acceptable Use PolicyThe service and your account
Kivo Studio provides project-based AI image, short video and audio creation. You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information and secure your Google account. You must own or have permission to process uploaded content, faces, voices and intellectual property. You retain your rights to inputs; output use is subject to applicable law and the selected model provider’s terms. Outputs may not be unique, accurate or protectable by copyright.
Credits and delivery
Credit packs are one-time purchases in USD through Waffo, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Purchased credits have no scheduled expiration while the account is active and are non-transferable with no cash value. Quotes are confirmed before submission; no credits are reserved. Each successfully generated and saved candidate is charged once. Failed candidates are free. Results awaiting payment remain saved until credits are available. Draft and production stages are charged separately. Closing a page does not cancel a running job.
Availability and disputes
Capabilities vary by the configured model and may change. We may restrict unlawful use or investigate abuse, and notify users of material policy changes. Contact support first for billing or content disputes. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
